So, I haven't actually read Final Crisis #7 yet. Most of Ohio was subjected to a massive winter storm yesterday and I couldn't leave the house. Seriously. The county declared a Level 3 Snow Emergency and it was illegal to drive. Today I had to come to school as we are merely under a Level 2 Snow Emergency. I've read a few vaguely spoilery reviews

Grant Morrison's stuff just sounds mental anyway.

For the record, though I haven't read all of Final Crisis #7, I'm really not too impressed with it both in terms of the story that it told or what it will do for the DCU.

I haven't formed an opinion on FC yet as I haven't read the last issue, but I suspect that I wanted it to be better than it really was.

*sigh* I wish I had my copy of Sentry #5. My local comic shop just went out of business, so I haven't finished Final Crisis yet either. I pretty much know what happened, though.

I know I'm in the minority, but I wish that Final Crisis had led to a hard reboot of the DCU, a la Crisis on Infinite Earths, or perhaps even more extensive. That would have given it a reason for existing! Of course, that probably would have resulted in the "Ultima-cation" of the DCU, in that creators would have just told the same stories, but made them more "hip" and "edgy" or something.

I had my first algebra exam of the quarter on Tuesday and I think I did pretty well, but I managed to give myself a massive paper cut on the physical test. I hope my professor isn't too grossed out by the blood stains. "My blood, sweat and tears went into this exam! But mostly my blood!"

Eeeep! Exams are evil! Not only are they exams, but they give you paper cuts too! Evil! LOL, I'm sure you did awesome with it. :)

... You probably don't want to bother catching up with my journal, as I've been in spam fic mode for the last 2 months or so. You shouldn't have to slog your way through that! :p

LOL, how, exactly, does having a pseudo-boyfriend works? It sounds interesting! and he sounds sweet! heee, Tiny Wake! part of the Tiny Titans, clearly!

I like how Shilo got out of the Omega Sanction! sharing the emo, putting their forces together, defeating Dark Side! that was a really inspiring speech, I liked it! Morrison is very good at those. It seems like Bruce is.. trapped in the past? future? ...inside the Omega Sanction? Someplace beyond the multiverse at the time? Yeah.. well, he'll get out. Currently I'm trying to convince my brother that Bruce is in the past and he'll meet Vandal Savage. My brother says this is just like my idea of Bruce becoming the Black Racer. My brother never wants to play with my crazy ideas, darn.

Well, we're in three classes together and we usually go out for dinner a couple of time a week and sometimes on a date-like thing on weekends. We've kissed a couple of times, but that's as far as it's gone. He told me yesterday that he "didn't want to rush things" and now I'm afraid that means he doesn't really like me! Why must this be so difficult?! He is very cute, though.

Currently I'm trying to convince my brother that Bruce is in the past and he'll meet Vandal Savage.
