I'm no expert, but Malwarebytes is pretty good.

Do you know what Trojans she's got?

Antivirus Monitor is the virus, and it's brand new. Malaware got some of it, but not the registry files. Spybot S&D got more, but we're still not sure if it's gone. Thankfully we found Auslogics Registry Cleaner and it seems to be gold for what we need.
Bastard virus is brand new and SUPER tenacious. X_X

Dude, I will *so* take you up on this! I can usually troubleshoot the basics, but this one was a right pain in the ass. Having an ace in the hole helps~ XD
