Chúc mừng năm mới

My scanner is acting up, so I can't post my new year's graphic yet. Until then, you'll have to watch this cat instead.

Also, since we're not supposed to give people cats as presents, does that mean the year of the cat is a year of poverty? I pray not.

It's not a good idea to give people pets as gifts to begin with anyway.

Think of it this way: Cats are cute. Bunnies are cute. THIS IS A VERY CUTE YEAR! Chuc mung nam moi!

Ha, you're welcome and I'm so glad you enjoyed it!

I don't live in Atlanta proper, though I am there a lot, and many happy and important things in my life happen there. There's always something going on for new year's there, of course, and guess what, it's not just lunar new year. The International Village is jumping for Gregorian new year's as well. I tell everybody (especially people who don't drink) that if you want something to do in Atlanta on Gregorian new year's, the International Village is *the* place to be while everybody's still trying to sleep off their hangovers. Literally everything there is open on that day. It's a brilliant day to shop and eat (in whichever order you please).

I'm a (half) Vietnamese beauty industry worker, so I've been far too swamped to reply to this any earlier than now.
