I almost forgot a few shows:

The Taiwanese live action Extravagant Challenge (or Skip-Beat!) is better than I expected, based on the first two eps. The lead guys are played by Korean Suju members, but since everything is dubbed in Chinese, it doesn't matter that much ( Read more... )

I really enjoyed the first two eps of the Skip Beat adaptation too, I have to say (after a little scepticism at the very start). It's faithful to the source material (but not in an overly-slavish fashion), and I really like the women playing Kyoko and Moko.

I'm so behind the times...what is this Yamapi thing, called Route 66, that you speak of? Is it his new drama where he has a dead fish face in the previews?

It's a travel show where he drives alone along Route 66 from Chicago to LA without a manager, makeup artist, etc, has to do his own shopping and washing and so on. It only just started and they've aired one episode at this point. newshfan is subbing it.

His new drama is starting later this month.
