Well, I haven't managed to any book comment posts this year (apart from one entry), but my New Year's resolution is to do better in 2012! Still, here is the traditional librarything community Book Poll of all the books I read last year. Hmm, I see we are overlapping on some manga and graphic novels this time round (well, that's no surprise!) but no so much on the novels themselves. Interesting!

I'm actually somewhat relieved to see that I'm not the only one to check "None of These." Wow, but it was making me feel like I'd been seriously missing out! Of course, I'm a bit embarrassed to realize I haven't read the one DWJ book youhave on the list, either...

The DWJ book is her last :(. Nice children's story, but ultimately forgettable.

I read a lot of light romance/paranormal romance this year, because I just couldn't deal with the heavier stuff at some points. Some of those sf/fantasy reads are, however, excellent. P.C. Hodgell, Angela Slatter, Martha Wells, Never Let Me Go.

OTOH, I see that there are Kelley Armstrong books that I didn't even know existed, so yay.
