HIFF movies this year

I did mention planning on making a post about the movies I intend to see at the Helsinki International Film Festival (or more familiarly known as Rakkautta & Anarkiaa (=Love & Anarchy in English) which is starting later this week. Well, this is that post. I also do want to go back to posting more often in the future

Heeee, I watched Endhiran this year! Getting tickets was a pain because, well, Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Rai -_- But I went with a good number of people and it was fun! I have to say, Rajnikanth with facial hair was surprisingly hot :Q And I haven't unfed at him since, idk, Muthu which came out in 1995 ._.

You should come visit me someday! Then you can watch Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam/everyotherlanguage movies on the big screen regularly ;)

Like I've mentioned before, I like Indian movies, so I'm glad to see so many of them this year. Mostly I rely on DVDs, and this film festival is my one chance to see Bollywood movies on the big screen. Usually they only have one or two films in the programme which is why this year looks so good.

They even have intermission on two of the longer movies (not at all guaranteed). And I've booked my tickets to theatres that I know to have fairly comfortable seats. :D

3 hours movies without intermissions (or 3-4 movies in a row) on bad seats KILL your butt and lower back!!! :P

I've got all these grandiose travel plans, Indian, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, but I never seem to do anything about them. If/when I ever travel there, I'll be sure to visit you. :D

Mitä tykkäsit Beast Stalkerista? Mä kävin kattoon sen perjantai-iltapäivän näytöksessä. Aika tyhjä teatteri, harmi, koska minä pidin.

Pidin kovasti. Varsinkin siitä miten tarinat lopulta nivoutuivat yhteen. Ja onhan Nic Tse aika söötti. :)
