Athena: Goddess of War

I've watched 19 out of 20 episodes of Athena: Goddess of War, so I guess I already have quite a good picture of it. I guess it's main disadvantage was the comparison with IRIS and the expectations raised by this. However, there is no connection apart from a couple common characters.

I bailed out on Athena around ep 10-12, mainly because I just couldn't feel any of the characters. If they had all gone up in flames I couldn't have cared less. The story itself was rather lame (and like you said with loads of filler) so with no characters to root for either it was a total bust. Watching paint dry might have been more fun.....
