2008 Reading Poll

Here's my reading for 2008. The way this works is that you choose the book if you have ever read it (doesn't have to be in 2008).

Looks like we have read quite different books. Anyway, I haven't read nearly as much as you last year.

I've been keeping a list of my reading for a couple of years now. It's always interesting to see how much I do manage to read in a year (and that list doesn't even include all the fanfic I've read as well...)

None for me, but I do, however, have Heart of Stone slated for 2009 (and would like to eventually read some more of Dunsany than I have).

I very much liked the first two books in that series, and I've already got the third one on my TBR mountain for this year.

I have this annoying habit of making friends who hate recommending books recommend things. So far they've not steered me wrong, so I'm quite curious. (Unfortunately, there are a few books I'm even more curious about, so those get priority.)

Oops - I missed one or two! I was thinking thank goodness for A Stranger to Command, quite aside from how much I loved it. I read King of Elf-land's Daughter but so long ago I might as well not have, and Inkheart, but not in Finnish. :) I also think I read The Long Hot Summoning and [blush] didn't finish either Beguilement or House of Many Ways.

Actually, I missed more! Stupid eyes with glasses instead of contacts. I've read Which Witch? too.

Heh, I purposely included the English (or original) titles of the books I read in Finnish just because I thought not that many people doing this poll would have read those books in my language.
