I also read the first books of both The Wallflower (23.) and Death Note (24.). The Wallflower was great fun *g*. In it, four pretty boys are promised free rent in their boarding house if they manage to transform their landlady's daughter into a real lady. Wallflower is like this bizarre, intense addiction that consistently gets worse and worse.

Wait until the hot springs story, and the possession stories...those are amazing.

she's in a military uniform and with a CHAINSAW!!!!

Sunako is the best thing about that manga/anime! Seriously, she's crazy and rocks my world. I wish she wasn't chibi all the time though. I should really catch up on any episodes I've missed. :)

Different tastes, I suppose, since I *love* the art of Death Note. Typical manga art or "flowery" looking manga art hardly ever appeals to me, I like my art stylish but simple and Death Note's just that. I guess I'm in general more a shonen manga girl than shojo manga..
