Goong S's first episode I found dull at first but it got better by the end. I'm kind of curious but I don't think I'll keep following it much. The 'servant' girl in the palace was quite cute, I'm not really into the main character though.

Glad you liked HYD! It's fun! Now you should start on HYD2 which I (so far) like even better. Re: Domyouji's Mom. I think she was all 'fine, whatever, I won anyway. And I don't want to be stuck with a really pissed off kid of mine on a long flight' :)

I prefer Meteor Garden to HYD (though I love). If you put together HYD and HYD2, it's a much tougher question...

I found it particularly hilarious that the horrible golden mobile phone has The Imperial March as it's ringtone. Another hilarious thing was Makino's "talent" at the competition: she can really bash a guy up *g*. I thought those were hilarious too. I haven't seen Meteor Garden yet. I've heard mixed things on which is better.

t's funny how it always seems to be RUI who is rescuing her instead of Domyoji. There really is something kittenish about Makino and it's almost like the F4 have adopted her as their favourite pet who needs constant looking after :). I love Rui! I agree with the kittenish. Would be nice to have an F4 looking after me sometime.. ^_^

That tux Se7en is wearing looks really weird. Ah, the return of bad fashion for males in Goong :). I thought the same thing.

I liked both and I think the reason I might slightly prefer HYD is that it's shorter. I got a bit bogged down in the middle of MG and it took me a while to finish it.

It's had to forget/compare Goong while watching this. I think Goong had me at the first episode. It's still early so hopefully it will get better :)

It's the same for me. I was hooked from the first episode with the first Goong and the same just hasn't happened to me yet with Goong S. But I'm giving it a few more episodes before I decided whether it's worth watching or not.

It's the same for me. I was hooked from the first episode with the first Goong and the same just hasn't happened to me yet with Goong S. But I'm giving it a few more episodes before I decided whether it's worth watching or not. Yeah, I'm going to do the same. I really hope there will be Goong 2 with original cast. I remember reading rumors about it but not sure if official yet.

No, I've only seen the first MG. I've heard bad things about MG2, too, and will not be going watch it. I have Meteor Rain as well, but I haven't watched it yet.

Don't let the number of episodes scare you, since my version had 19 (or was it 20) 1 hour episodes. That 27 ep version is probably due to shorter episodes.
