As I threatened yesterday, I did go and get the remaining books (7-12) in the Korean manhwa Snow Drop today. And I loved it (5. -10.)

I was glad there was a happy ending. I am quite the wimp.

I decided that if this was a kdrama, I'd have Hyun Bin as Hae-Gi. I have no idea if the guy who played Yul in Goong is femmy enough, but somehow he makes me think of Ko-Mo. The lead from My Girl should totally be So Na, but I have no idea who I'd want for Ha Da. Ji Hoon can be Hwi Rim :D

I don't know, I almost get more of a jdrama vibe from it (in which case Takizawa Hideaki is my choice for Hae-Gi and Yamapi for Ha-Da and Kame for Ko-Mo and Horihita Maki (yup, I am on a Nobuta kick) can be So-Na.

Though I really like Hyun Bin, I don't think he would be a good Hae-Gi, since the role requires someone who could be believable as a beautiful male model. Otherwise I like your choices.

Lee Jun-Ki could be good as Ko-Mo as well, and he has already proven that he can do femmy extremely well. If we're going for an all-star cast, how about Rain as Ha Da? He can do both brash and vulnerable.

A Japanese version with that cast would be beyond awesome :).

Hmmm, I think HB is very good-looking myself but I am not set on him :D (heh, spoken as if this is getting made ROFL :D) Also, with Rain and LJK and Lee Da Hae, I'd want someone a teeny little bit older anyway. How about the guy who is the lead in Green Rose? I agree with you that Hyun Bin is very good-looking, especially in SQ, but I don't he's model-ly good-looking, if you know what I mean.

Rain and Lee Jun-Ki in one drama? I'd explode from the hotness.

But that's one of the joys of fantasy casting. You can freely plan for enough hotness to heat a small Siberian village for a year :D.

The Green Rose guy might do, or maybe we should check out some of the "hottest Korean actors" threads at d-addicsts or soompi. Just for research purposes, of course ;-).
