Jism & Star Wars
John Abraham is a *really* beautiful man! Well, Bipasha is beautiful too, but as a heterosexual woman, I must first state the most important aspect of the film ;-). I liked Jism a lot, but I thought it was uneven. The first half was too slow, but it got better in the second half. Still, tighter editing would have made it better. John and Bips were both very good in their roles, and I also really liked Kabir's friends, the cop and the lawyer. They were excellent.
Today I bought the new Star Wars trilogy DVD set. I'm so happy to finally have it in my hands! I used to be a huge SW fan in my teens, and even now I still love the original trilogy. The new films have been mostly disappointing, though with some good moments, but in my mind, Star Wars (nope, I will not call it by that later name, A New Hope, since Star Wars is the name I've always used), The Empire Strikes Back and The Return of the Jedi are the real SW films.
I'll probably be having a Star Wars marathon this weekend, though I do also have to clean my apartment, since my mother and youngest sister will be coming here next weekend for my new godson's Christening, and they will stay at my place while here...
