Last year's attempt at a photo-a-day for January fell a bit short but this year I succeeded!

In fact, it was so much fun that I'm extending it into February.

Looked at all of them...I especially like the tea, erm...what do you call that metal tea holder in the cup thing?

In an unrelated topic, where would I, a beginner, find good bamboo knitting needles and other starter type supplies? I work downtown and live in Villeray...anything around there that you know of? You seem to be The Woman for that info... :-)

About the tea thing, I don't know. I took that photo in a cafe and I had never seen one of those before.

Effiloché is a really great yarn shop between downtown and Villeray. They have bamboo needles (other kinds too) and lots of yarn. The staff is super helpful and friendly and I know that if you go in and tell them what you're looking for they'll be able to help you find what you need.
