Thursday.

Did streaking of pathogenic bacteria... but I acquired this wound in the arm (I dunno how I got it. However, my skin is really very sensitive, so I'm not surprised at all) so I had to do the harmless bacteria. *yawns*
Did nothing much but pour agar on plates and "parafilm" them. A LOT of them.

What else happened? Hmm... Not much quotable

But I am biased, and sleepy and left my trapper in the lab where we cultured them pathogenic buggers. Wah. I wanted to streak Shigella...

waaaaiii.. you guys are lucky.. last sem in our micro class we weren't allowed to use gloves and we were given an EXACT number of pipettes and petri dishes. no disposable anything except tissue and even that was limited. so we had to compute and figure out how to use everything efficiently. if we run out of stuff, we don't get the data and so we don't get a grade for that exercise and we would be sent home with wounded hearts.

but that never happened so yay =^.^=
