Is it inappropriate to talk on your cell phone while in the stall of a public restroom (while going to the bathroom)?

i think its bad enough to talk on the phone while peeing (but who do i know that would do that?!), but i can't imagine doing it in a stall of a public restroom. that is crazy! but then i guess you get all sorts of crazy in cities!

Lies, when you say I don't respond to your emails. Johnny's the only one who EVER writes!

And um, I will start updating again, maybe, sometime soon. I've been a loyal member for 2 years now...LJ has run it's course. We'll see though.
