Sorry too that you are sans vehicle. My truck is my life, if I were without a car (when I'm without it) I go totally nuts - so I feel your pain.
*hugs*

Sorry you don't have a car though. Disruptions in routine suck, the cheese should NEVER be moved!

I hate being without a car of my own, and have been for a while now. We've got the van, and that's it, and it is about to need replacement, too, as the steering is getting weird.
Not being able to get just the car you wanted sucks. I have a short list of acceptable vehicles, none of which will really work where we live, thanks to the dirt roads that devour tires and destroy suspensions, and a second short list of "I can live with that" cars that could take these roads. I hate the van. I am not a van kinda gal.
I also feel your pain on the whole "I let him deal with it and look what happened." I let Tim find the van. It was, honestly, a mistake. It won't pass inspection, it gets crappy gas milage and the rear doors don't open, thanks to a broken handle. The windows don't roll down without a fuss, and up is even more annoying. The price was okay, but with all the issues, it wasn't a great idea.
