1. How are the deliveries made? Do they use a local delivery agency?
- Its your normal mail most of the time, unless you've order large or expensive stuff, then they use better services.

2. If an item gets to me broken (I mean CDs and DVDs mostly) can I hope that I'll get a replacement?
- I think they do accept returns, you'd have to read the returns policy on the site, and I think there's an optional money back or replacement.

3. If something can be bought 'used' what does it mean? Is there some standard for the used items or I can expect anything?
- People can sell their no longer wanted versions of the item through amazon.

I get the standard post and they deliver the items (so far I have only gotten books, CD's and DVD's) in a box with packaging. I ordered mine from the American one and seem to get them delivered from Europe via NZ courier.

I did once get a non-delivery and they paid back me promptly. Actually I forgot to count and they had delivered what I wanted. Once I found my mistake I emailed them back and they still paid me. I haven't returned anything. They gave me a credit for something that reduced in price while in transit.

I haven't brought anything used - but I did get a DVD from an alternate supplier via Amazon and had no problem.

The only problem I have is the SGA fandemonium book releases on Amazon. They take soooooooooo long.

And the CDs arrived in one piece? :D That's my main concern. Our postal service is awful and most of the things I receive are torn (not to mention that there are letters I didn't receive and some which were opened by the workers hoping they'd find money inside)
The problem is there are things at Amazon that I can't find here and it seems an easy solution... if I get everything as t should be.

Usually the CD's or DVD's are plastic wrapped to cardboard then sealed in a box. The label on the outside will say of it is CD's, DVD's or books etc.
