I was in Iraq for a bit.

Rosiel requires a doctor who can oversee the regeneration of his hand or the attachment of his old one. I find it queer that he's asked for a doctor when his body is more than capable of accepting magic as a method.

About twenty-four hours now. He doesn't rot per se... and his body has animate wires. I think you and Saya Wallace should come to his assistance.
