Y’know, before, when Sam had considered HMV to be mundane and meaningless? He was having an exceptionally hard time retaining that opinion. HMV was about buying things, about cruising around on auto-pilot and not thinking, for a change. Or it had been. The thing is, now, whenever Sam thought about HMV, Sam thought about Gene. And thinking about ( Read more... )

Yes, yes it is! *points to icon* this one is yours too! I almost feel like I'm stalking you today what with snagging some of your icons and reading up on some of your fic, haha. I swear I am not a creepy stalker! I am the nice kind that offers up chocolate covered Sammy's : )

There may be a few librarians after your hide (or should that be 'Hyde', snerk...) about thaht comment, but apart from that...

Really enjoyed that. Nice notes of interest and detail re the locations and comments and they have a nice, affectionate but with undercurrents, sort of relationship already.

I was also strangely excited by the fact that Sam has to stand a bit on tiptoe. I may even have seen the whisker of a bunny...

I may have to edit and include an apology to all the librarians out there - is isn't the first time they've been abused in my fics. Maybe I've got a subconscious issue with them...

I love this story. Read both parts together and it's fabulous. They're good together no matter what the situation aren't they?
