promotion time, YOGA and CIRCUS

i just spent about 2 hours promoting my yoga classes and upcoming MC'ing gig on Tribe and Myspace.  jebus, that's time consuming.

5:30 - 7pm at 7th Heaven Yoga in Berkeley
8 - 9:30pm at The Vulcan in Fruitvale

THURSDAYS
