Sometimes it really surprises me how a little act of kindness can do so much. I bought Evan a teddy bear, and it turns out nobody's ever done that before. And he really, really likes it

"Ah, a good time of year for birthdays."

"I believe I shall have a veil that hangs just a little beyond my chin. And I am glad your gift for Evan was able to bring such joy."

She smiles and nods. "That sounds pretty."

Sasha smiles as well, slipping her arms around her beloved and nuzzling in close. "Mmm, but I think I should like it lifted before we make our vows. I have no wish to hide from either of you at such a joyous moment."

"Whatever you want, love." Ali holds her close, smiling.

"Those were from you, were they?" He gives her a Look.

[vicioussweetie]

"Yes. Do you like them? I thought the Watch could use something nice, considering...everything."

[notsirsam]

"Haven't touched them, actually. You could have left a note. A signed note, that is."

She blinks. "I thought you'd figure they were from me."

"I do hope you and-" The Count pauses, still not sure of how to refer to Angel. "And Angel have fun, my lady."

She smiles. "Would you like to join us?"

[prodigalcount]

"Well.. If the neither of you mind having such an old man hanging about!" He says with a grin.

[vicioussweetie]

"You're not old, love." She curls a hand around his. "And I'd love to have you there with me."

The poor girl deserves one person in her life who likes dancing with her, doesn't she?
