Earlier this week, I distinguished myself at work. In so doing, I managed to earn myself some serious street cred as a maker of fine cheesecake!

I've never even heard of millefeuille before. It looks extremely complex. It also looks like it uses filo dough, which I'm not terribly crazy about.
