Hey, I haven't talked about that one show in months. It must be September again.

Fun with auto-saved LJ drafts: whatever post I was working on last, all I got out was "I po" and I have no idea what I was going to talk about. Um. Okay, me.

Part of the fun of watching something new is predicting stuff and then seeing where you wind up being right or wrong. Well, that's how I get my kicks, anyway.

Only a few predictions about Supernatural, but I wanted to get them out there before the premiere. Some are based off of spoilers, so avoid as necessary. )

I'm actually dreading seeing Castiel this season. I'm extremely pessimistic about shows ruining good characters at the best of times, but I was in such disagreement with the decision to ship him back off to heaven, that now I don't know what to do with myself (you're right: he's probably going to be a giant twat). And that's not even the part of me that's still in mourning over how they killed our ship.

I'm going to be drunk when 6x03 airs, I can see it already. *whimpers*

At least the writers are consistent with Dean's inner existence torment, right? I kind of like that it all dates back to Faith and his "I'm not supposed to be here, damn this gay man's heart" train of thought. I like Dean's "if only I didn't exist" guilt if only because maybe there could be an episode where Castiel shows him what would have happened if he didn't exist, you know, because the trope hasn't been used in this show enough.
