I would be way too skinny if not for insisting on super-high-fat yogurt just to have something to burn, lol. It's soo good! Have you tried honeybutter? Also try adding a little good fat to as much regular food as you can, flax oil or the 5-oil blend stuff.

Yeah, I think I'd be super-thin too if I didn't occasionally chow down on a pizza or whatnot. I was tempted by the flax oil I saw in the store... might have to pick that up.
