Aargh! Please will everyone stop me buying (or even considering buying) this house.

It might be the most amazing property I've ever seen (and fulfills Mr Viala's fantasy of having a pool room, a library and a huge house battered by the sea), but I would never hear a tenor sing again.

I've been totally offline for a couple of days due to circumstances beyond my control. But I'm baaaack! Happy New Year when it comes later. Och aye!
