Baseline is to BE and FEEL HEALTHY.

Actions toward this:
-flossing teeth at night before bed
-eating whole organic foods a vast majority of the time
-move regularly, get up and move when upset, craving sweets, bored, not sure what to do

So many others but this three tenets are the start.

So today was the solar eclipse. I've noticed people feeling the combined affects of Mercury retrograde in Scorpio, Pluto-Neptune Square, and this latest eclipse pattern. Lots of frustration on communications snafus, fatigue, minor illness, and an odd lightening of the load in surprising ways.

Finally managed to get my clothes washed. I still had clean underwear. Not sure why it takes me so long (maybe it is the over abundance of underwear). Still need to wash sheets and rugs. :-/

I am really loving feeling well, practically normal. Actually talking fast and doing more than one thing a day and doing them more than once every four days.

Still working on getting back in the habit of this whole daily activity thing. Had a few slow mornings but nothing compared to the slow weeks.

So I have been contemplating more and more just renting my place out and moving with my Mom. This is the longest I've ever lived in one place. Still love my apartment but not engaged. If I could rent it for $1,600 could even have a few dollars a month to live on. Hmmmm...

Well it seems I misunderstood. I do not currently have mono though I have had it sometime in my life.

The stools samples were all negative for parasite. Yay!?

I likely have / did have some virus that laid me low but as I am improving no cause for alarm as everything else is normal.
