So it seems. that I am stumping the docs.  The parasites that the dermotoligist doc diagnosed, cutaneous larva migrans, are possible but very unlikely as they don't last years in the system.  Nor do they normally cause fevers.  So it is a bit of a wait and see game to see if the meds for them will affect whatever else is going on.
