This is quite easy. While I can see a little of Sullivan here and there, I can't imagine you caring much about the same thing he did and go as far as he have. In fact, it's pretty much all at the beginning of your application. That leaves me with Zephyr who I think fits here quite a bit. Just like you, he can be a little contradictory. He is definitely cynical and nihilistic, but at the same time he does care about some things on more personal level. Perhaps not very strongly but it's there. Much like yourself, he is the type to help his friends and do a lot for them, yet he doesn't like people very much. While I wouldn't call him planned, he can be reckless, easy-going at times but intense, outspoken, argumentative, blunt. Definitely self-made and a chaotic neutral. I feel like I am just copying your application but your dislikes also fit him damn well, as well as being independent, clever, very self-critical (kind of the point of his character), secretive, being sarcastic and mocking. I don't know anything about this game, so my apologies if this is really off! O_O From how the characters are described here and the little bit I can gather from them on Google searches, I can see possible elements of Vashyron, Zephyr, Sullivan, and Rowen. None of them seem to be great fits however, but I think I'm leaning the most towards Zephyr as well. From how he's described, I'm getting the impression Zephyr is slightly more contradictory than some of the other options are...and he seems to be blunt from what I can tell. I'm getting the impression he's somewhat "self-made" as well...and he seems to fall more into the Chaotic side of the spectrum. Zephyr seems to be a really good fit for your Positive Traits ("Analytical, independent, calm-minded (read: despite anything else, I at least think rationally), clever, open-minded, curious, humorous")...and he at least seems to share some of your Negative Traits like being secretive, devious, obstinate, and sarcastic. Hmm...this is tricky since I don't really know much about the game, so I apologize if my vote is off gah, it probably is...so I really apologize again for that!! After researching characters more...I could see a bit of Sullivan, Vashyron, Zephyr, and Rowen at times--but I think I'm leaning the most towards a vote for Zephyr. Based off of his character description, it does seem like he can be a bit contradictory at times...and he does also come across as blunt in certain interactions too from what I can gather. He also seems like he could be described as being "self-made" as well..and his experiences in that regard do seem to have an impact on how he views things too. And he could possibly fit into the Chaotic side of the alignment spectrum as well. I could see him perhaps fitting the INTP/J and possibly The Investigator personality types at times too given his character description. Well. I know nothing about this game, but given the descriptions I think I've little choice but to go with Zephyr: witty one-liners, a tendency to be reserved and distant, but willing to go out of your way if you care for someone. He sounds like the kind of person who'd be too opinionated and outspoken to be a good follower too - plus I rather imagine the enemies he meets don't really appreciate the one-liners. XD
