Orz, there's too many awesome songs on this OST! That makes this difficult! O_O; A lot of then could fit for you, although I definitely want to throw in a vote for Beyond the Sky (Ending Theme) (here): there's a laid-back, calm, accepting, and peaceful tone to it. I think it is more orchestral and has a sorrowful tone to it (but the lyrics are kind of cheerful), and it is also a vocal track. "Beyond the Sky" reminds me a lot of the season of Spring and your association with pale yellow fits too ("Doesn't always stand out and can be a little faded in a way, but there's still a warmth there"). Your ideal location seems fitting for the Xenoblade Chronicles ending as a whole...and how your adventure would start and how it would end is pretty fitting for the song as well.

However, I don't think it covers all of your music preferences, so I think I'll throw out a double-vote for Zane (here): orchestral, vocal, fast (tempo change at around 0:40), complex melody (again, all of the various changing tempos!), slightly more sorrowful (yet ( ... )

Before I even saw the other vote I thought Beyond the Sky might be a good choice for you! A lot of the other songs I considered seemed almost too aggressive or adventurous, even if they had calmer parts... they normally sounded like aggressive battle themes. Or, on the flip side, were peaceful and... still adventure-y, but brought to mind rainbows, which didn't fit the other half of the app (like Gaur Plain and such songs) Anyway, Beyond the Sky... it's more laid-back overall, but it does pick up gradually, so it's more subtly aggressive in a "I will continue on" sort of way. More calm, both accepting and determined, and more peaceful... but with a slight sense of adventure for the before mentioned reasons. It's vocal, in between fast and slow (as said before, it starts out slow but gets gradually faster? I'd never call it fast, but it fits everything else better than the other songs), and this interesting mix of cheerful and sorrowful in terms of tone.

...okay, first off, thank you for introducing me to this absolutely beautiful soundtrack.

The vote... there are a lot of songs that work, but I have to agree with Beyond the Sky. Aside from fitting your music preferences fairly well, I do think it fits the first section of your application. It has a quieter, peaceful tone to it and it's... hmmm. You like sorrowful/cheerful moment, and while I wouldn't call this bouncy or overly cheerful, it has a sweet, peaceful, calm tone to it that fits with the happy ending you prefer.

I... I gotta go with Beyond the Sky too. Not only does it fit your personality in my opinion but it's also vocal, orchestral, and sorrowful yet cheerful in a way. It has this hopeful sort of vibe that reminds me of spring... Like a new beginning in a way :D I feel like the vibe from the song is a grand adventure that ultimately evolves into a story about finding one's self through experience... And in the end it really gives a vibe that really makes me think of a happy feeling, like maybe the road there was hard but in the end all's well that ends well :)

(By the way, I know I'm closing the Song Theme soon... But January is gonna be a restamp month so you'll be able to get all those song stamps you probably want :D)

Your song is "Beyond the Sky"! Is there an image you'd like me to use on your stamp, or shall I search Google for one? :)

Thank you!

If at all possible, could I perhaps have this image:

If not though, I don't mind just a google search one (sorry for the delay though...things have been really hectic here for me lately)! ♥
