It's been raining here in the Poconos and East Coast for awhile and i've been keeping tabs on the weather forecasts. In doing so, i've found a lot of other things you can look at on some sites. Yeah, I got similar data when I looked at the page for Mountain View (except there were 0 in. rain, of course). Apparently they didn't bother to filter out uninitialized data (for tomorrow, for example, since that data doesn't yet exist), and their database layer apparently returns -9999 in that case, thus the minimum of that set is a blistery -9999. I'm not sure where the 10064 came from... ideas? I don't even know what "departure" means in that context, but it has to do with the distance from the actual low to something.

Since it does have to deal with some distance from the low, the other number would be 65. Where that comes from is anyone's guess. Average low temp? Average daily temp? Average daily made up number?
