Hellooo. I JUST got internet yesterday, the phone company sucks. My dorm, is ok, I guess, somewhat bigger than I expected. My flatmates are: a Japanese boy, an Italian boy and a French girl. I have hardly ever spoken (or even seen) the girl, but the Japanese boy, I spoke to for an hour or so just then about life in London. It's good, expanding my knowledge, you know? I've wasted a great deal of money by not knowing where IKEA was, which apparently has the cheapest household (kitchen) stuff, which I spent a fortune on. I just realised Chloe is not an International student, therefore she's not going to the International Students' Orientation in the coming three days. Whart!! Mayda's moving in on Friday, and.. yeah. tom should also be in town.. haha I haven't met him yet though. oh, and Julien should be around too. The time difference is very difficult, I can't be home before it's midnight over there, so hardly anyone in HK is online by the time I finish cooking. Actually, is anyone still left?
u settling in ok??? Oooh you live in a flat? Man, I'm such a slow cooker that i'd prob have no dinner if i had to cook my own dinner :P The stuff in Canada is so expensive too!!! n i have the same bad habit of converting everything LOL hk is def the place for shopping!

I'm in the student dorm, but we have 'flat's which are basically small corridors consisting of four rooms, and a shared kitchen. Yes I know, I had ramen today, A NORMAL RAMEN and it costed over a hundred bucks. That's fcking insane. I'm already asking my mum to send me stuff over from HK.. and I'm expecting three huuge boxes of crap already! Yeah! Soon enough, Christine N, Puja, Alex T, etc should be coming around here too. I met some people in my school today, which is good as well. So far, I know two people who are going to be in my class so it's not all that bad. Now, the worst part is that many of the buildings are located in the ghetto places, and I can't avoid them.
I know, I now understand why you said Pocky is expensive. It IS!! It's like, things you can't have (not necessarily need) you'd want all of a sudden. ahaha. I've asked my mum to ship me more stuff from HK, and I'm already making two_and_half buy me stuff before she leaves to uni! whyy why whyy is everything so expensive!
