I went around the house looking for my cat ealier and she jumped from some high place in the dining room right onto my head.
It was painful and frightening and I screamed like a little boy.

My cat doesn't jump anymore. But she used to hide under houseplants and jump at you when you walked past. I kind of miss that. *sigh*

She still doesn't walk directly across the area rugs. I can be blamed for that though. For whatever reason, I went through something like six months where I would only walk around the area rugs. She picked it up from me, which is kind of sweet.

She's usually not a mean cat [okay not to me, at least.] I think she was just all.. up high and scared. So she tried to get my attention. Crazy cat logic.

My dog is afraid of the hallway. Animals are weird.
