yuck!!! I know how the water damage feels:D hopefully you are not responsible for the damage as it was not your water heater etc... AND they misrepresented that this problem was fixed!! Good Luck

I'd like to, but he's on a diet (he's actually lost a lot of weight) so I don't think he'd appreciate it... we're trying to think of a way to thank him that doesn't involve sugar. :-)
OY! hope you got it all fixed.. sounds like a true nightmare and not fun at all. Water disaster is always a huge stressful mess. Trust me I know.. two messes since living in this house.
My computer deleted my first reply.. 1 a faulty part on a brand new washer one week after use. Several inches of wateroverflowed. It got into the ceiling and water poured out of a hole in my downstairs ceiling. my ceiling came down before my eyes. 2. a clogged A/ C line from inappropriate filters from before I moved in sent water into the carpet and got a book case wet
