So it's been a long time since I posted. I'm not going to count exactly how long right now since that will just make me depressed, but I know it's been over a month. I kept having these things I wanted to talk about, and there kept being more building up and then I just... didn't. You know how it is, I think. :( Haven't been commenting much either ( Read more... )

Whoa! I haven't seen Digimon Savers yet, so the, well, more normal-proportioned characters threw me off. They look totally out of place with everyone else.

To me, Miyako always looked like she was trying to channel Lucca from Chrono Trigger but never managed to pull it off. Oh, and agreement on Frontier's layered style! It seemed like a lot of love went into the design of their outfits, and they're definitely the most visually interesting.

Yeah, exactly! The main reason I haven't watched Savers yet despite being told it is awesome is that I just can not get used to the art style. Those proportions! Those eyes! THIS IS NOT DIGIMON PROPER. ;_;

Oh wow. I... see the resemblance. :|a Suddenly everything makes more sense. Except the helmet-over-glasses thing. Lucca's situation there seems to be even worse because it is only pressing one side of the glasses to her head. But yes, if that is what Miyako was going for, she kind of fell short.

Whoa, you like Frontier's style too? I thought that was just me having a weird fashion sense. :D Oh man, I'm so glad I am not alone here. They really are the best outfits as a group, I think. :D
