I'm very glad to be back and settling into normal life. I was starting to get bored... No, not bored so much as aware of all the things at home I need to get on with while I wasn't doing very much at all.

One of our former housemates had the bestest kitty in the world. When it was new housemate time, we turned down a girl with a kitty because I wanted a kitty break - partly because I'm actually allergic, but mostly because getting a new kitty so soon felt somehow disloyal to Ivy Awesomecat.

Yeah, I am taking a kitty break too. Last cat, Kittay, died in September and I am holding off. One usually finds me eventually.
