Went on a hike on Sunday up the Upper Table Rock trail, with two friends of mine from work.

I used to hike the upper table rock trail all the time when I lived in the Rogue Valley. If you want a more challenging climb I suggest Pilot Rock. Its on the same slope/road as Mt. Ashland.
