Paul Harvey -- Good Night

Paul Harvey has passed away at age 90.

I remember sitting in the front seat of my mom's car, listening to Harvey read one of his columns, and signing off with his familiar "Good Day."

That lilting catchphrase is one of the first things I remember learning to mimic.

Good Night, Mr. Harvey.
And thank you.

He was by far one of the ones in my first memories of our Radio days as wee ones. I am going to miss him. But more importantly I feel so lucky to have known his work.

Good night indeed, Mr. Harvey, and thank you too.

I still can't believe it. I always associate sitting in my grandma's kitchen in summer with "The rest. . . of the story"
