1. I have fun making costumes I like, and then wearing them.
2. Being someone else for a day is too awesome to pass up!
3. Chaotic but satisfying.
4. Showing off my skill (in a non-showoffy way) in the hopes of getting feedback. It's like "Hey, I made this, because I really like the costume, and I hope you like it too, even if you think I did a bad job. Tell me how to make it better!"
5. I'm not hungry right now, it's ok with me.

Favorite skit? Hm... probably one of these:
-Luke and Mieu's diary skit: "I know how to write the fonic alphabet!"
-The group ganging up on Jade for not being hot: "Take... it... off..."
-Rita and Karol's "OMG WE LOVE APPLE GELS" skit.

Well personally, I feel the overgrowth of weeaboos (and it doesn't help that the media advertises them) has been ruining the con scene for me. For them, I think it's an OMG THEY'RE OTHER PEOPLE LIKE ME BECAUSE WE SHARE THE SAME COMMON INTERESTS when most of us are not like them.

For me, I find it as a social gathering where people respect each other for they do because it's not "socially accepted."
