Mushrooms

Hypernova has some nice mushrooms in right now and I'd like to eat some, but I'm not really sure what to do with them. Ideas? Very simple, limited ingredient recipes? Um, I just got a little rosemary plant, so I have rosemary...

Sauteed with olive oil and garlic?

Mushroom omelet?

Hm, olive oil's easy enough to buy, garlic may not fly with the roommate but possible...and then what? Just eat a pile of mushrooms? I used to have mushrooms with steak, but I don't know how to cook steak. :(

How does one make an omelet? I know there are eggs involved...
No really, I can't cook at all. :D I need an Alfred.

Never heard of mushrooms on toast before, what's that? Other than like, slicing up raw mushroom and putting it on toast, cause that doesn't sound very good.

If you can't afford an Alfred, i'd suggest a cookbook.:) The Student's Vegetarian Cookbook by Jenny Baker is good ( ... )

There's a salad they make at work with marinated mushrooms and red onions.
