[Eliot only recently managed to finish getting the last of the fires put out on his place. The areas with the worst damage have been given a quick patch at the very least, and it's after he's cleaned up a little that he gets to the PCD at all. He wasn't around to help with whatever had caused the city-wide damages, so it seemed right to offer

Can any of them be controlled for air quality? If we could get something with fabric over windows where really hurt people could stay, I know the burning in the air is getting rough on people's lungs.

Most of them could, yeah. The house didn't take too many damages compared to the other side of the row, so it's easier.

[It just depends on the people, for Mr Paranoid.]

[Because as helpful as he's being here, Eliot's too paranoid and doesn't trust a good amount of the people here. Then again, it's mostly the ones that show to be be pretty 'bad' in a way, or destructive.]

I'm fine. I went harvesting out in the wastes and hit one of those time pocket things.

Ohhh, I see. Well at least you were safe then!

Sort of? We're all alive and no one's lost an arm or a leg or anything - well except fur Tavros but he lost those back home, not here - so we're okay and the hive is a bit broken but not as bad as a lot of the others around. We'll have to fix it up again.

Well, make sure the foundation's in tact. It probably doesn't need to be said, but lessons are gonna be held off until everything's been cleaned and fixed up enough.
