Correction, Mebius used the same hallways as the ones used in Nexus. ::laughs:: But really, Tsuburaya pretty much recycled a lot of stuff (including actors, btw) across different series over the years.
I don't like the host thing either. Tsuburaya is notorious for never making the distinction between the ultraman and his human host clear. Although in Nexus, I never really get the sense that the ultraman is in control. It is almost always the host who makes decisions.
Glad you like Nexus. I love the series so much so I'm always happy to see more fans for it.

I think I just hate the idea of an Ultra being limited to a host, especially when the host is in control. It must really suck. Mebius spoiled me with the Ultra being able to speak for itself...
