Randomly, GUYS don't appear to have ground vehicles, so I'm not sure if Mirai know how to operate them. However, since he can pilot an aircraft, it is more than likely that he would have no difficulty dealing with cars/trucks or bikes. (Although I personally think it'll be fun to see him learn either way.)
Also, it seems somewhat strange that Ryuu is the only person who doesn't seem to know or socialize with anyone outside of GUYS, especially when Mirai does...
