Harley had just finished listening to the delightful dulcets of the Capybara Band playing on the other side of the room. Anything that plays Skynard with kazoos has her instant attention and respect. Kazoos were not to be trifled with or taken lightly! :| She listens for a while, socializing with a girl there, though not well, before wandering off.

She's not fully convinced that they're not still in Gotham somewhere, as she DID find Max here and well .. she hasn't gone outside yet. WHO KNOWS WHAT THE REASON FOR THIS REALLY IS?!

Then there is a brief flash of black that, understandably, snags her attention. Her lips curl into a warm grin. "Well well well .. lookit what the bat dragged in!"

Bruce is having just about the worst luck ever. First being displaced in another dimension. Secondly, being unable to contact his butler/physician/get-away driver/surrogate father. Thirdly, being chased down and accused of thievery by his own successor at that (though admittedly, Bruce is used to being accused of being a law breaker, so that's nothing new.)

And now this. He looks up from the batwave and his eyes narrow. One of Joker's crazies? Well she didn't look like Punch or Judy, but he wouldn't put it past her.

"And I'm ready to take you out." Oh yeah, lame pun time is a go.

Harley blinks and folds her arms across her chest, brow arching beneath her mask (which moves in response). "You an' what army, bubs .. In case ya ain't noticed, we ain't in Gotham anymore."

She gestures widely with her arms, twirling once before facing him again, grin all the broader. "Yer 'gonna take me out'? Really?" Her stance changes slightly and she's got that unhinged look to her. "Yer certainly welcome ta try, bucko .. Although I have it on good authority that ya ain't got half as much weighin' down that belt'a yers."

She was right. Bruce knew she was right. The Batwave wasn't responding, most of his gadgets were gone. So if he was going to fight Harley, he'd have to rely solely on his own strength.

"Who are you?" Better to find out who he's up against before launching any kind of attack.

Harley is ready for him to come at her because, God knows, he has more than enough reasons to do so. Most recently being the whole kidnap-torture-brainwash Tim Drake thing that they'd been fighting about when she'd fallen into the pit.

Needless to say, his question catches her off guard and she stares at him, blinking once or twice.

".... excuse me? Did Mistah J knock ya too hard in the head or somethin'?"

Was this some kind of joke? Who the heck is Mistah J?

"Don't play games with me." He's really not in the mood for it. "Tell me who you are."

"Ya gotta be kiddin' me," she mumbles. Harley can only stare at Batman in confusion, proceeding to blink several times slowly. What the heck was he going on about? Was this some kinda trick or had the Bat finally flipped his wing.

She decides to play along, cause if it is a trick then it's best to act like she's not fooled, right? Right. Maybe. Oh, fudge, she was confused.

"Harley Quinn? Also known as Doc Harleen Quinzel .. Main squeeze'a my Puddin', Gotham's one an' only Joker." Her arms are folded again and she's looking at him pointedly. She's ready to go at the blink of a muscle twitch, by he's well and truly caught her off guard. "Ringin' any bats up in that bellfry of yers?"
