I forgot that I turned 22 on Sunday. Went camping/touristing with my mom throughout Western Colorado: Glennwood Springs, Independence Pass, Aspen (never really have the need to go there again), Rifle Falls, and The Cascades.

I am so blessed to be from such a beautiful state.

I do like Iceman....

So, I just received my graduate with honors today. I guess I am glad I did all that work for something, though admittedly not a lot. I also got this silly little scholarship thing from the Associated Colleges of the Midwest, which required me to go to Chicago yesterday to pick it up and read a part of my essay I wrote for the thing. It's been awhile since I updated this thing, but a lot has actually been going on in my life. I just spent the last week or so in Austin, TX visiting the University of Texas. I really loved the journalism program and especially that they gave me a full-ride McNair fellowship. So all I have to pay for is housing and other living expenses, which is ( Read more... )

Montreal was so awesome and beautiful. Even though I got sick while I was there, it was a great time. :( I miss it already.

Back for another term at Knox. The drive took 14 hours, but i'm here.
