I have to admit that I squirm when childish glee when a 50 foot long 15 ton object goes flying 100 feet over my head at 500 miles an hour.

Said objects are very, very, hard to take pictures of too.

I saw the Blue Angels from a boat on the bay yesterday, last time I had seen them from the water was 1997 on lake Washington.

yeah, i would think they'd be tough to catch. especially from a moving boat. Glad you werent too sick to go. I had an audition and a photo shoot that held me over. I already got to sit in an F177 this year so i can wait til next.
