hmmm... how strange, i swore i thought i responded to this chapter... anyways, great chapter amd this line cracked me up:

“That’s good to know,” Veronica smiled. “Thanks for offering to be my partner; I’m sure you could have found someone else.”

Mac shook her head, “Well it was either you or Corny, and um… have you met Corny? His idea of a science project is growing weed in creative small spaces.”

lol, you gotta love Corny and his strange tendencies....
