I wrote for at least ten minutes every day of November (and lots more, but ten minutes was the goal). My highest ten minute total was 372, my lowest was 135 (yikes). Worked mainly on the TW story AND I'm going to deliver an original fiction short story to my editor - my darling, talented, patient, wise (did I mention patient?) - editor tonight. ( Read more... )

One of those late nights when I was trying to read posts(and I have a small F-List) and reply, find growing garlic to buy online and listen out for which of the two sick kids were going to make wake at night first. I hate to think what I posted to the rest of my F-List.

Glad you had a great time in London. Never been even though its only a boat or plane trip away.
Have you any plans for your future once you finish up this job? Hope you get to have a little free time without much financial stress for a bit. And that you find an even better job.

I have row of torchwood books sitting unread over my bed. I found damn facebook games that have my poor macbook stressing out and overheating so they have taken over my life. I have cut 2 of the games and only have one left to get rid of and then I am back to reading books and online fics. Read that snippet you posted. Looking forward to reading more.

This time I have the right post...I hope :)

Hey, no worries, I just wanted the right person to get your note!

London was great - it was fun to show my mom around like I was a native ;). As for employment - I'm still not sure what's going to happen next month, but I'll be okay. I keep telling myself that I'm never too old for the next adventure. That works...most of the time *g*.

I really didn't know that I had another long Torchwood story in me until I began writing this one. Now I'm completely into it, since I'm basically writing my own canon from this point on! Take that, RTD!

So - which kid was it and did you find the garlic??
