Good call, I rewatched, rewound, and looked very carefully. It is most definitely the Candle Guy. Candle guy and reporter are most definitely not the same person, Reporter is has no facial hair, and candle guy was way balder. Also the dead guy has the same shirt as candle guy so I guess that means he was killed that day, whatever day that was. I've lost all concept of time in this episode.

The reporter and the guy lighting the candle were the same guy. Or at least I think so. It looked like him to me.

That's what I thought! They looked really similar at least I don't know how anyone could tell just from that.

Plus, wearing the 'same shirt' or not doesn't necessarily mean anything. I mean ... people change clothes.
