from Watch With Kristin, pretty much just confirming what we already know:

"We could still be a midseason replacement. We've known for a couple of weeks that they were thinking of us in terms of midseason. We don't know when we'll hear something definite.

"I've known Kristen did the disembodied-voice work on Gossip Girl for quite some time. Totally ( Read more... )

This is actually the most realistic and comforting news I've heard all day, just because it feels a little more certain that it is still being considered as a midseason replacement.

This is all just so stressful. But I'll take whatever I can get. Seriously, if they want to give me one more episode, I'll take it. If they want to give me five more seasons and a movie, I will absolutely take it, after a quick doctor's visit to make sure my sanity is still in tact. But yeah, so.. a midseason possibility.. sounds very good to me.

Thanks for posting!

This is all just so arrgggh!
I can not even find the words. Making us wait and wait. I think the CW sucks!!

I already know that if VM is gone, I am not giving any of the CW new shows a chance. Gilmore girls is gone therefore I will not be watching the CW at all anymore.

I was going to refuse to watch any of the new CW shows, but this Kristen Bell/Gossip Girl thing is threatening to reel me back in, they probably just did it as an attempt to keep VM fans watching if they cancel our show

Nah, it means that VM would air sometime in December or January when the other CW shows are on hiatus. We'd still get the same show, just delayed. But usually it means shorter hiatuses so its not bad... We'll still find out on Thursday though.

Actually, they have about another month to make a decision on VM. My guess is we won't know Thursday. The Upfronts only announce the FALL line-up for advertisers. If VM is a replacement it'll be on the winter/spring line-up.

As long as we get a VM season four, I'm happy.

I dont mind the midseason crap. Heck, I've dealt with it on Scrubs. It's a longer wait, but the show's still on so I don't care. It may even mean shorter hiatuses. I'm all for that.

I'm glad Rob Thomas is all for his baby Mars first and foremost.
