I'm from Italy so I can't watch the eps on the CW site either, but..
If this makes you feel a little better, here they have this horrible habit to cut some scenes out of tv shows just for fun.
Buffy was always cut, and so were a couple of VM episodes last summer.
Now, this 'cutting' thing suck!
I'm sorry that scene was missing.

I just scanned it on my computer and all scenes are intact on the CWTV website. Maybe the player just skipped or jumped?
